Congratulations to all those selected to be delegates to the 2012 Clark County Republican Party Convention!

With more than 4,000 delegates registered so far we are looking forward to the most successful convention in Clark County history.

The Clark County Republican Party Convention will be held March 10, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Convention Center at the Orleans Hotel & Casino, 4500 West Tropicana Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. Doors will open at 6:30 a.m. and we’re expecting a large crowd.

At the Convention, delegates will be able to participate in the creation of the CCRP Platform. The first 80 delegates to CLICK HERE will be able review and help “finalize” the 2012 Platform on Thursday, March 1st from 6pm to 8:30pm at Findlay Toyota in Henderson. This “finalized” platform will be presented to all Convention delegates for review, comment, and adoption as the County Platform for the next two years.

Also at the convention, delegates can self-nominate to the Nevada Republican Party State convention to be held in Sparks, Nevada on May 5-6, 2012.  Finally, the convention delegates will elect the Executive Board for the CCRP.  The Executive Board is part of the decision making body of the Clark County Republican Central Committee.

All delegates will automatically become members of the Clark County Republican Central Committee for the next two years. The Central Committee makes the rules and by-laws that govern the CCRP. Central Committee members are also the backbone of the CCRP and are the folks who represent the Republican Party throughout the community.   Delegates and alternates who were elected at the Precinct Meeting can register by going to the CCRP caucus website (www.ccrp2012caucus.org) and clicking on the Delegate Registration tab at the top. There is a small fee to attend the Convention and delegates are responsible for their own meals.

Register today!

We look forward to seeing you there as we move Together to Victory in 2012!
